The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the product. The product may be replaced or refunded if it has defects or manufacturing discrepancies. In the event that it presents defects that are not attributable to production, there will be no replacement or refund.

All items may be returned to Delp within 14 days from the date on which the product is received according to d.l. 206/2005. The return must be communicated within and not later than 48 hours from the date on which the product is received. To request a return, the products must comply with the following conditions:

• The security thread of the items to be returned must be intact and not broken.

• Products must not be washed, used, or used in any way.

• None of the tags or seals must be removed from the garments.

• The products must be returned, without imperfections, in their original packaging, without signs of wear.

• Each garment must include all accessories and the original packaging which was received with the order.

Return process

All customers wishing to return goods must request a return authorization code. The following two procedures are valid for all countries and for each item purchased on delpmilano.it.

The refund will take place the day following the inspection of the returned item (1-2 days from receipt of the return), using a coupon code that is always valid, with an amount equal to the amount of the returned purchase.

Indicating the order number and the object to be returned, the documentation to be stamped on the package will then be sent by the returns manager.

The return shipment must be made in the same country as the one to which the order was delivered, using the label indicated in the authorization email. If the customer sends the shipment with a different shipping label, we are not responsible in case of damage or loss of the package.
